This is a view of the water park and Munster's favorite ride The Bat.
Love the view!
The only accident on the trip. Web got a little excited and fell on his face. OUCH!

Happy 4Th of July

We spent our fourth in Morgan, UT with Family and we had a lot of fun. We had dinner and a party including a potato gun and fireworks. It was great fun.

Here is Munster enjoying the potato gun.
Web didn't think it was as fun it was a little too loud for him.
Some fireworks to enjoy.

The Park

We have a great park just across the street from us and we love it. Munster has swimming lessons next week over there and all we have to do is walk across the road. It is a great place.
There is a water park with slides.

This is the 5 and up area.

This is a little eating area. There is also a larger one closer to our place.

This is the 5 and under area. There is a cute little place to eat and play. We love it because the kids play like it is a drive up window for a healthy food place. They don't sell bad foods. Munster has informed me.

This is the big slide. They love to go down this.

These are the racing slides. Who will get to the bottom first?

Then they have tennis courts and a horse shoe area. The kids love the open field where they have soccer games during the summer. We use it as a running area. They love to go up and down this fence racing to see who can do it the fastest. It is a lot of fun.

This is the horse shoe area and the fence they race up and down.

The Garden

We had a great month. The weather was a bit different. We had days we could go out and days that we couldn't. We got a garden in and we are excited to watch it grow. It is small but it is a good one.
Here is our garden. It has carrots, tomatoes, pumpkins, squash, lettuce, watermelon, cucumbers, and Garlic. The Garlic was a fluke thing and if you know me I hate garlic. But it was an experiment that went well. So I guess I will have it for my roasts that I make. We will share the progress of this little garden with all of you as we go.

June

The performance was great. Munster did a great job. She went right in front so we could see her. Her teacher wanted me to do group pictures for them but didn't let me pose them so we didn't get as good a shots as I would have liked. In fact I was up the night after just upset with the pictures we ended up with. We will see what we can do with them though. Here is Munsters group.

The kids were so bored with the cold weather we have had that they were trying hard to find things to do. In the end Munster found a leap pad to work with and poor Web ended up a sleep on the floor.

The performer

Hickory dickory dock the mice ran up the clock.
The clock struck one and down they fell, hickory dickory dock.

This is them looking for the cat.

Then they see that cat.

Pictures hurray!

Okay I got the batteries and we are ready to roll. I realized that I made a big mistake in letting Dad control the camera while Mom helped the kids look for Easter eggs. There is not a single picture of the kids looking for eggs. There is a bunch of one of their cousins playing but none of them. OOPS! He must of been side tracked.
Oh no he said the battery died. Anyway here are their Eater outfits.

His outfit is nothing fancy. Like I said earlier I meant to get him a suit but I was too late. But he loves this one. It is comfortable and perfect for him to wear his boots with.
Yes, I made it. It was so fun to make.
The cloak is her favorite part.
Oh and she put the material together. She chose the lace top the sparkly cloak and dress, and underneath the dress is silk so it doesn't itch. The underside of the cloak is shimmery pink Satan that was my addition.
Just to explain why he had one outfit and she had two. The Easter bunny couldn't make the pink one without her seeing it. So she got the white dress from the Easter Bunny and the pink one from Mom and Dad.

May

I did not realize that it has been so long since I did anything on this. It has been a busy month. we did finally find a new battery for my camera but we are still waiting for them to arrive. Web shot up a size he can wear 3T or 4T (in some thing's)now. Munsters performance is coming up and the costume is SO cute. Man when I finally get the camera working I am going to fill this blog up with all that you have missed. The costume is a mouse costume. But it is still very frilly and pink it is so cute.
We do have some trips lined up for the summer before Munster starts kindergarten this fall. Most are tentative plans until we get closer. On June 19-22 we are thinking of going to Utah for a wedding reception. The next weekend the guy's are suppose to be going on their annual camping trip, then we are going on a family vacation from the 2ND to the 13Th of July. Any questions on this one you can email us but it is mainly going to be in Southern Utah for a baby blessing and a lot of time and travel as a family. toward the end of July or the beginning of August we are planning a trip to Washington to drop the kids off at Omi and Opi's for a week. Then in August we will celebrate our tenth anniversary and we are not sure what we are going to do for that yet. We are hoping to get in a few camping trips to Yellowstone in there or some areas around there like Red lodge. It is going to be a busy summer for us though.
I got a new calling. I am teaching Sunday school for the 14 and 15 year old's. I have never taught this age so it has been a real challenge. Last week they asked us to speak and it was also the first Sunday for me to teach. There was a youth speaker before me and he started telling one of the stories I had prepared in my talk then he stoped and said oh sorry wrong story, Then he read the second story in my talk. I was in a panic. I was praying that he wouldn't go back to the other story after he read the second one and he didn't. I got up and told them what had just happened and everyone was laughing, Because half my talk had just been given by this young man. But I introduced our family and read the first story I had and then I had a little to add to the story he had read. Then I added a personal experience and closed it out. I ended up taking the full time they asked me to take and a lot of people said they liked my talk. I was just glad it was over.
Then I get in to teach my class and I did not have a manual but I did look up the lesson online. At least I had hoped it was the right lesson. Then I ran through the lesson too quickly and the kids said absolutely nothing the whole class time. We ended with 15 minutes left after the lesson. It was such a mess. This week I have the manual and I am not giving a talk and I am more prepared to teach. So I hope it will be a better class for them. I do have a few ideas I am going to try to see if I can get them involved. Suggestions are welcome from any who have kids this age or have taught this age. HELP!
We planted our little garden on Monday for family home evening. It is small because the yard we have is tiny but we ended with a 10'x 3 1/2' garden area. We also planted in pots so we will see if anything will even grow. It was fun to have the kids help us get it all done. The rain has been crazy since we planted so hopefully that wont kill our little garden but it seems to be doing okay. We had to call maintenance again today. It seems we have a leak in our basement. They are going to try to fix it when it stops raining. What a mess. It is a small leak in the laundry room so it is not a big deal but it is a mess.
We hope you are all healthy and happy.

This week

What a busy week we have had. We spent the 18Th-23Rd in Salt lake. Six had a convention to go to for work. They provided a rental car for us and they paid the gas. We had fun visiting family. The convention was not what we thought it would be but it was nice to visit everyone. My thoughts are scattered at the moment mostly because I am sick and I am very tired from the trip. No luck with the camera yet so no new pictures. Maybe next month.

Yeah we are back!

We finally got all of our stuff moved into the townhouse. Moving is good for getting rid of junk. But I think I have had enough of moving. Hopefully this will be our last until we get into our home. The maintenance guy's know me by name now. I think they are like oh great it's HER. They have replaced the hose and faucet for the washer, the sprayer on the kitchen sink, a base board heater up stairs, and this week they are replacing the stove and the fridge. This is just a few thing's on their to do list for here. But we have phone and Internet now so I am happy. It was nice to watch conference this weekend on the Internet. I loved Elder Ballard's talk. I was also excited to be a part of the solemn assembly. Six says the best part of the priesthood session was seeing President Monson wiggle his ears. If your husbands missed that it was part of his talk and he,(six)said it was really funny.

We also enjoyed our trip to Washington. It was good to see old friends and to spend time with family. Unfortunately the battery to my camera was left at the park in Pullman so I can not take pictures or post any until I replace it. We had a great Easter. The Easter bunny visited our hotel room and the kids had a fun time doing an Easter egg hunt at the park with all their cousins. Munster got two new dresses. I will have to post the pictures of these. One I made and it turned out great. Web got a new outfit for church. Not a suit like I wanted it to be but that was my fault for not getting to the store on time. There are so many boys in a size 2T here that they can not keep anything that size in stock. They can not keep even a 3T in stock because those mothers like me that couldn't find the 2T went for the next size up. It is a bother. We will get the battery soon so we can post our fun pictures.

Moving

We will be in Pullman the end of next week. Then we come back and we are moving into a townhouse that will save us a lot of money. So we may not have Internet for a while after the 28Th of this month so that we can get thing's set up in our new place. So I will post after we get set up to let you know when we are back.
Thank you for all the comments on our blog spot. It is good to know someone sees it.

Stitches again?

Okay after getting home at 9:30 last night and not getting to bed until 12:00. I am tired. But then we had a very busy day today. Starting with Web being up at 5:30. This is when we realized that after calling yesterday to get the hot water heater's pilot light turned on that it had gone out again. We were all needing a bath after our night last night but it was not to happen. So I called maintenance and they came and lit it again. After an hour and a half there was no hot water still. So I called them again. this time maintenance decided to look further than the pilot light and he discovered they had a leak and this was putting out the pilot light. He called the plumber and they were to come at 2:00. Then we went to the hospital to pick up Web's prescription. The kids ate lunch on the way. We get back and the kids are playing and there is a scream from Web again. The kids had run into each other and they had split the inside of his mouth open even farther. So, We got in the car and headed back to the hospital. But not before I ran into the plumber in the parking lot. I told him maintenance was on the way ( I had called the office on my way out the door to let them know I would not be there). We get to the hospital and the nurse looks at it and says there is nothing they can do because it is on the inside of his mouth and it was not too bad. So here are the pictures of the inside mess.

After all of this Munster was so tired from worrying about her brother that she crashed on the rocking chair. Poor thing. Me, I think I need a bubble bath now that we have hot water again.

Stitches

What a night we had last night. Web decided to see how it felt to kiss a chair, can you say OUCH!!!

I think there are 7 stitches in all. It it hard to tell. He was a good sport about it. We started with 3 nurses and the doctor and Dad holding him. But he wanted mom. I put my hand on his chest and rubbed his head. He relaxed and then they could stitch him up. He still cried the rest of the time though.

Here you can see his bruised cheek and chin. He did a good job on it.

After all of that he is still his happy self. Now with another scar to add to the chin scar.

One of the nurses called him a super hero. When we were done he looked at his lip in the mirror and with a big grin he said, "I am a Super hero". We all laughed.
