How fun, we have the same tradition. Though, I was bad this year and didn't do it.
I have come to realize that many people have this tradition. We didn't grow up with it, but my husband did and therefore our kids are enjoying the new jammies on Christmas Eve! Better too big than too small! :p

Tradition for us is to get a pair of PJ's christmas eve.
